Calvinism + Free will

Just a question, what is your take on both of these, Facebook if full of one or the other, now it's had me thinking.

My father used to say that you come to a door that says "Whosoever..." and when you get inside you find your name listed.

God is not restricted by time, so He can know without influencing the decision.
